June 21 will be the first legal holiday of that month, in commemoration of the first nations of the country. It was in 2021 that, after a long discussion, the law was passed, which states: "The day of the winter solstice of each year in the southern hemisphere, National Day of Indigenous Peoples, shall be declared a legal holiday".[1]
